I'm Jenn Giurgevich, Registered Dietitian and founder of Spark Nutrition & Health. I’ve been practicing as an RD since 2011 and bring over a decade of experience in clinical nutrition and public health.
I created Spark to offer a supportive, realistic, and science-backed space for women to thrive, especially during the transitions of midlife.
As a mom, wife, and passionate advocate for women’s wellness, I understand the everyday challenges that come with juggling work, family, and self-care, particularly when your body starts to change in ways you didn’t expect.
My practice is rooted in compassion, lived experience, and the belief that nutrition should be empowering, not restrictive.
